Marianne Möller

Marianne Möller (from the Netherlands) has a large experience in multicultural human resources management, gained in both private international management consulting and engineering companies in the Netherlands, as well as in international non-government organizations working in the field of development and/or humanitarian aid. With the INGO Oxfam International she worked in many countries in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Her style of work has always been to enable team members to develop their knowledge and skills, whilst reflecting on their role and responsibilities and focusing on results. Since her retirement Marianne dedicates her time i.a. to travelling and exploring, teaching the Dutch language to immigrants in Tilburg (the Netherlands), volunteering for Shelter City (a Justice and Peace programme) in her city, teaching human rights classes for Amnesty International in her city, volunteering in a performance arts theatre in her city and in various performing arts festivals in the Netherlands, volunteering from home for the Hadisi Urban Dance Festival in Goma/DRC, and the Ronel Jazz Education Project in N’Djamena/Chad, performing in community theatre and dance projects in the Netherlands and Slovenia. Marianne is a multilingual, independent self-starter, with a curious and open mind, excellent communication skills and result-driven. Her competencies include planning and organising, facilitating, creativity, flexibility, integrity. She is a strong team player.
