Achta is from Chad and holds a master’s degree in international business law from the University of Bordeaux 4, in France. Achta has started her career at the Confederation of African Football (CAF) in 2006. She was holding the position of Project Manager. In 2008, she joined FIFA where she worked for 2 years in the Player’s Status Department. Having a desire to go back to her homeland, Achta returned to Chad in 2010, where she established her own consultancy firm specialized in Business and Sports Law. In the meantime, she headed the legal department of the Chadian water Company. In 2017, she was appointed as Constitutional Counselor in the Constitutional Council of Chad. Achta reintegrated in the world of Sports when she rejoined CAF in 2018, this time in the position of the Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance of CAF. After ending her work at CAF in May 2021, Achta established as a consultant in Business and Sport law. Since 2022, Achta has joined the International Law Firm Morgan Sports Law as Of Counsel.
