Allio Kakyam is driven by a deep passion for sustainable development and has made a significant impact in cooperative management as Secretary General of the COPROMAT Cooperative, where he played a key role in fostering collaboration and growth within local communities. His experience in financial management, particularly as an Accounting Manager at the Provincial Supply Pharmacy of Mayo-Kebbi, allowed him to develop strong expertise in overseeing complex projects while maintaining a clear focus on social and economic impact. Allio’s career began in critical roles within humanitarian and public health projects. He currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Engineering and Maintenance in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to this, he contributed to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) France as a Human Resources Assistant, actively supporting emergency projects in the eastern Adré region. He also coordinated the production agency for fortified foods in Bongor, a strategic program aimed at strengthening food security in Chad.
